Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de services d’agence de voyages pour le compte de l’École nationale supérieure d’architecture de Versailles (ÉNSA Versailles), dans le cadre des déplacements professionnels financés sur le budget de l’établissement ou sur des fonds d’interventions extérieurs (projets de recherche, convention…) Ces déplacements peuvent être effectués en France métropolitaine, en Europe ou à l’international et concernent notamment : • les personnels administratifs et techniques ; • les enseignants et enseignants-chercheurs ; • les étudiants ; • les intervenants, experts et personnalités invitées par l’établissement. Le titulaire assure l’ensemble des prestations nécessaires à l’organisation, la réservation, l’émission des titres de transport, vouchers, le suivi, l’assistance et la sécurisation des déplacements professionnels de l’établissement.
