1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa w zakresie naprawy wynikowej modułowego zestawu stołówkowego MSS TENTAR 2 w ilości 2 szt. (w tym: zamówienie podstawowe 1 szt., zamówienie opcjonalne 1 szt.). 2. Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz pozostałej dokumentacji przetargowej, która zostanie zamieszczona na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu. W ramach niniejszej umowy Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji, w zakresie nie większym niż wykazanym w § 2 ust.2. wzoru umowy. Skorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z prawa opcji zostanie uruchomione poprzez wysłanie do Wykonawcy stosownego zawiadomienia w formie pisemnej lub dokumentowej. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje wobec Zamawiającego roszczenie o realizację dostaw opcjonalnych.
