United Kingdom – Repair and maintenance services – Responsive Repairs, Voids and Associated Works (E,W NI) Dynamic Purchasing System

Procurement for Housing has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for responsive repairs, voids, and associated works in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The DPS covers five lot categories: Full-service/Multi-discipline, General Repairs and Joinery, Plumbing and Heating, Electrical, and Specialist Works. The estimated total value is £980,000,000 GBP. The DPS runs for an initial 5 years with an optional 5-year extension, currently extended to 31 December 2028. Applications can be submitted electronically at any time during the DPS period.
