1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa, zwanej dalej „Zamawiającym”: 1.1. Usługi Wsparcia Technicznego dla Sprzętu i Oprogramowania od dnia wskazanego w Załączniku nr 2 do projektowanych postanowień umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ (dalej: „p.p.u.”) przypisanego dla danego Sprzętu IT lub Oprogramowania. 1.2. Zapewnienie (odnowienie) Zamawiającemu przez Wykonawcę prawa do korzystania z Oprogramowania na zasadzie subskrypcji (oprogramowanie narzędziowo-systemowe do Sprzętu wskazanego w kolumnach 201-270 Załącznika nr 2 do p.p.u.). 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpiło na warunkach i zasadach określonych w p.p.u. wraz z załącznikami, stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
