1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest naprawa i konserwacja elementów drogowego mostu składanego DMS-65. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa Szczegółowa Specyfikacja Techniczna (Sst) Wykonania Naprawy I Konserwacji Mostu Dms-65 - załącznik nr 5 do SWZ oraz projektowane postanowienia umowne - załącznik nr 4 do SWZ 3. Wykonawca zrealizuje przedmiot umowy zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami technicznymi oraz technologiami. 4. Most zostanie dostarczony do miejsca wykonywania napraw i prac konserwacyjnych przez Wykonawcę. Wykonawca ponosi wszystkie koszty związane z dostarczeniem mostu do Zamawiającego po zakończeniu konserwacji. Do czasu przekazania mostu Zamawiającemu, Wykonawca ponosi ryzyko jego utraty lub uszkodzenia 5. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę osób wykonujących czynności oczyszczenia i przygotowania powierzchni stalowych mostu do malowania oraz wykonania powłok malarskich na tych powierzchniach.
