Die Auftragnehmerin übernimmt die Durchführung von Brandsicherheitswachen bei Veranstaltungen, Messen und Sonderformaten. Da Art und Umfang der künftig stattfindenden Veranstaltungen nicht absehbar sind, erfolgt die Beauftragung im Rahmen einer Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Zusage eines Mindestabrufs. Gesucht wird eine leistungsfähige und fachkundige Auftragnehmerin, die eine bedarfsgerechte, flexible und qualitätsgesicherte Bereitstellung der genannten Dienstleistungen gewährleistet. Der Vertrag hat eine Grundlaufzeit von 2 Jahren und verlängert sich um 4 Mal ein Jahr, wenn er nicht mit einer Frist von drei Monaten vor Ablauf von dem Auftraggeber schriftlich gekündigt wird. Die Höchstabrufmenge pro Jahr liegt bei 600.000 Euro netto.
