DPS for occasional charter and other passenger transport assignments, including journeys for city personnel, elected officials, early childhood education, schools, upper secondary education and youth services. Regular statutory transport services such as school transport are excluded. Services may be provided by taxi or bus, with detailed requirements set in each internal competition. Transport mainly starts in Lohja, although other starting points may be specified.
