Medewerkers weten niet beter dan dat ze op het intranet zelf berichten kunnen plaatsen, vragen stellen en organisatie nieuws en organisatie informatie kunnen vinden. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten. Hiervoor geldt een plafondbedrag van € 80.000, - excl. BTW per jaar. Indien dit bedrag in de inschrijving wordt overschreden wordt de inschrijving terzijde gelegd en niet meegenomen voor de verdere beoordeling.
