Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst folgende Leistungen: a) Baustelleneinrichtung, b) Erdarbeiten: Erstellung der Tragschicht, des Planums, Aushub und Entsorgung in bauseitiger Baugrube / Verbau, c) Rohbauarbeiten: - BRI insg. ca. 71.000 cbm, - insg. ca. 2.700 to Bewehrungsstahl, - insg. ca. 18.500 cbm Ortbeton, -insg. ca. 8.100 qm Filigrandecken, d) Holzhybridbau: Lieferung und Einbau in Holz-Beton-Verbundbauweise von ca. 900 cbm Brettschichtholz Stützen und Träger, e) Stahlbauarbeiten: Lieferung und Einbau einer Stahltreppe (ca. 4 to) mit Betonverfüllung, f) Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten, g) Arbeiten im und am denkmalgeschützten Bestand, h) TGA - Grundleitungen und Einbauteile, i) TGA - Einbauteile für Aufzugsanlagen, j) TGA - Elektro-Leerrohrarbeiten und Erdungsanlagen, k) Gerüstarbeiten und Absturzsicherungen für die Erbringung der eigenen Leistung. Mit der Ausführung der Leistung ist voraussichtlich zwischen Ende Dezember 2026 und Ende Mai 2027 zu beginnen. Die Leistung ist dann innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 432 Werktagen fertigzustellen.
