The Finnish Heritage Agency (Museovirasto) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for shelving systems and related services. The DPS covers the design, implementation, and installation of shelving systems for museum collections, primarily at the Collection and Conservation Centre in Vantaa and the National Museum in Helsinki, with potential expansion to other locations. The estimated total value is €1.6 million (excluding VAT). The DPS is open to all qualified suppliers for the duration from 20 April 2026 to 31 December 2029. Mini-competitions will be held within the DPS for individual purchases. Award criteria for mini-competitions are price and quality, with details defined per competition. The tender is EU-funded and restricted to Finnish language submissions.
