Predmetom zákaziek zadávaných v zriadenom DNS bude pravidelné zabezpečovanie nákupu, dodávky a distribúcie elektriny (elektrickej energie) do odberných miest s prevzatím zodpovednosti za odchýlky v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, pri dodržiavaní súvisiacich platných právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky, technických podmienok a noriem a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete pre zmluvné obdobie za každé odberné miesto, v predpokladanom množstve cca 2 623,50 MWh za 1 kalendárny rok, t.j. cca 10 494,00 MWh za 60 mesiacov (roky 2022 až 2026) pre všetky odberné miesta verejného obstarávateľa.
