Phase candidature: Compétences exigées du candidat: 1)Etudes architecturales (réalisées par un Architecte, et éventuellement un ou des architectes associés) 2)Paysagiste concepteur 3)Etudes en qualité environnementale du bâtiment (QEB) 4)Etudes techniques de structures 5)Etudes techniques fluides y compris SSI 6)Economie de la construction 7)Etudes techniques terrassement et VRD, déconstruction et démolition 8)Etudes en gestion du risque pollution 9)Etudes faune flore / espèces protégées, écologue concepteur (mise en oeuvre de milieux favorables à la biodiversité) 10)Ordonnancement Pilotage Coordination (OPC) Le mandataire du groupement devra impérativement disposer de la compétence en études architecturales. Il est interdit aux mandataires d'un groupement d'être mandataire d'autres groupements. Il est également interdit aux Paysagistes Concepteurs de faire partie de plusieurs groupements. Chaque société (SIRET) de Paysagistes Concepteurs ne devra faire partie que d'un seul et unique groupement. Les prestations du paysagiste-concepteur ne pourront pas être sous-traitées
