Předmětem koncese je převod vlastnického práva k níže uvedenému pozemku a zajištění přípravy (projektu), výstavby a provozu domova pro seniory v kapacitě maximálně 110 lůžek dlouhodobé péče, to vše zároveň při kompletním zajištění celého podnikatelského záměru včetně nesení všech rizik, zejména rizika zpoždění a vícenákladů na přípravu, projektování, inženýring, výstavbu a dodání mobiliáře, rizika dostupnosti zařízení a služeb a rizika poptávky; dále zajištění dobrého technického stavu a plné funkčnosti zařízení a mobiliáře po celou sjednanou dobu trvání smlouvy uzavřené s vybraným koncesionářem včetně zajištění řádného a kvalitního poskytování Služeb po celou sjednanou dobu trvání smlouvy.
