This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for housing support and short-term care services for disabled individuals, operated by the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa wellbeing services county (Finland). The DPS is divided into 10 classes (lots), covering group housing support, apartment group support, own-home support, demanding multi-professional support, short-term care, support for ventilator-dependent persons, and three reserved classes for future needs. The procedure is a restricted electronic DPS, open for applications at any time during its five-year validity (until 2028-04-30). Award criteria alternate between price-only and quality-only per lot.
