Conform Caietului de sarcini nr. 23581/17.06.2026– „Servicii de mentenanţă, printare şi management al flotei de imprimante”. Serviciile sunt cele descrise în Caietul de sarcini. Cerințele tehnice sunt obligatorii; orice trimitere la marcă, origine, tip sau producător se va citi împreună cu mențiunea „sau echivalent”, acolo unde este aplicabil. Solicitările de clarificări privind documentația de atribuire se transmit exclusiv prin SEAP, cu cel târziu 18 zile înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări cu cel puţin 11 zile înainte de termenul-limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 173 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 99/2016. Solicitările transmise după termen nu vor primi răspuns.
