1. Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie sukcesywnej dostawy podstawowych odczynników, zwanych dalej materiałami, odczynnikami lub produktami, dla jednostek organizacyjnych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego w Krakowie (z wyłączeniem Collegium Medicum UJ), przeznaczonych w szczególności do realizacji zadań w zakresie kształcenia, działalności naukowej oraz komercjalizacji wyników tej działalności. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający zestawienie ilościowe odczynników określa Załącznik A do SWZ, który stanowi jednocześnie formularz kalkulacji ceny oferty. 2.1 Zamawiający dopuszcza dostarczanie produktów w innym opakowaniu niż ten wskazany w Załączniku A do SWZ, jednakże dopuszczalne są tylko opakowania mniejsze, przy zachowaniu proporcjonalności ceny wynikającej z oferty Wykonawcy.
