Upphandlingen avser en sammanhållen tjänst, uppdelad i två delar, IPSU A Kartläggning och IPSU B Pedagogiskt stöd. Tjänsten ska kartlägga deltagarnas individuella förutsättningar i förhållande till de krav som utbildningssituationen ställer samt ge individuellt utformat pedagogiskt stöd under pågående utbildning.
