Nabídky budou v souladu s ust. § 114 a násl. ZZVZ hodnoceny podle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti na základě nejnižší nabídkové ceny. Předmětem hodnocení bude celková výše nabídkové ceny za celý předmět plnění uvedená dodavatelem v návrhu smlouvy (viz čl. IV. odst. 1 přílohy č. 1 – Obchodní podmínky), tj. kupní cena 1 ks sanitního vozidla v Kč bez DPH. Hodnotící komise stanoví pořadí nabídek podle výše nabídkové ceny. Jako nejvýhodnější nabídka bude hodnocena nabídka s nejnižší nabídkovou cenou. Výsledné pořadí hodnocených nabídek bude určeno seřazením nabídek od nejnižší nabídkové ceny po nejvyšší. V případě rovnosti nabídkových cen dodavatelů na prvním místě v pořadí bude nejvýhodnější nabídka vybrána losem. Pravidla losování jsou jednoznačně vymezena dokumenty Pravidla losování a Množina použitelných čísel (viz přílohy č. 5 a 6 zadávací dokumentace).

Zadávací řízení je realizováno za účelem uzavření smlouvy mezi zadavatelem a vybraným dodavatelem, jejímž předmětem bude dodávka 1 ks nového sanitního vozidla ZZS kategorie B dle normy ČSN EN 1789 v platném a účinném znění do objektu Městečka bezpečí, a to dle technické specifikace, která je součástí přílohy č. 1 zadávací dokumentace. Předmět této veřejné zakázky bude spolufinancován z Evropského fondu pro regionální rozvoj (dále jen „EFRR“) v rámci Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu 2021–2027 (dále jen „IROP“), v rámci projektu „Městečko bezpečí“, reg. č. projektu: CZ.06.02.01/00/22_012/0005779.
