This is a restricted procedure for a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the acquisition and leasing of new and used vehicles for the GHT des Landes, led by Centre Hospitalier de Mont de Marsan. The DPS covers four lots: (1) leasing of passenger and utility vehicles, (2) acquisition of passenger and utility vehicles, (3) acquisition/leasing of electric compact vehicles and light quadricycles, and (4) acquisition/leasing of vehicles adapted for healthcare activities. The total estimated value across all lots is EUR 5,500,000. The procedure is open until 2030-09-02. Only French language is accepted. Award criteria are 40% technical quality, 20% environmental performance, and 40% price. No procurement documents beyond the notice were analyzed.
