Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodání HW a SW pro rozšíření stávajícího transkódačního systému ,,Telestream Vantage“. Předmětem plnění je dále zajištění údržby a podpory zařízení po dobu 1 roku, tj. po dobu běhu záruční doby. Údržba a podpora zařízení zahrnuje mj. bezplatné aktualizace softwaru, přístup do Centra zákaznické podpory a telefonickou/emailovou podporu. Součástí servisní podpory je i garantovaná výměna náhradních dílů HW.
