Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dowóz wraz z opieką dzieci i uczniów zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Międzychód wraz z opiekunem na trasach z domu do jednostek prowadzonych przez Gminę Międzychód oraz Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego w Międzychodzie i z powrotem we wszystkie dni robocze, w których prowadzone są zajęcia szkolne lub przedszkolne, zgodnie z kalendarzem roku szkolnego 2026/2027 w okresie od 01.09.2026r. do 31.12.2026r. z wyłączeniem wakacji, ferii (z zastrzeżeniem, że wyłączenie tych dwóch okresów odnosi się tylko do zajęć szkolnych i nie obejmuje zajęć w przedszkolu), przerw świątecznych i innych dni wolnych od zajęć przedszkolnych lub szkolnych, dni, w których zajęcia przedszkolne lub szkolne nie będą się odbywały z powodu zdarzeń o charakterze nadzwyczajnym, nieprzewidzianym, nagłym i niezależnym od woli zamawiającego, a także zdarzeń wykraczających poza normalne warunki życia gospodarczego i społecznego.
