Deze raamovereenkomst betreft de levering, implementatie, configuratie en doorontwikkeling van een SaaS-oplossing voor een geïntegreerd Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)-platform voor de Vlaamse Overheid en lokale besturen (zie 1.2.1 Mogelijke Gebruikers (entiteiten)). De oplossing wordt door de besteller-regisseur als een gedeelde dienst aangeboden aan Vlaamse overheden en lokale besturen, en ondersteunt de verwezenlijking van de geldende Vlaamse strategie op vlak van digitale veiligheid. De GRC-tool is een instrument om de weerbaarheid tegen cyberdreigingen verder op te bouwen en te versterken en laat de centrale opvolging van de risicobeheersing onder meer in verband met het implementeren van de genomen beheersmaatregelen, het uitvoeren van periodieke risicobeoordelingen en de conformiteit met de regelgeving en de beleidsstrategie digitale veiligheid toe.
