BT B: Sozialgebäude mit Umkleidebereichen, Duschräumen, Aufenthaltsräumen und Büronutzung. Heizungsleistung umfasst hier die Neuerstellung des Wärmeverteilungsnetzes, der Heizflächen, sowie der Modernisierung der Wärmeerzeugung im Gebäude. Demontagearbeiten im BT B werden separat ausgeschrieben. Die Baubeheizung findet mit dem im Bauteil C bestehenden Erdgasheizkessel statt. I Stk. Wärmepumpe mit ca. 70kW 1 Stk.
