Hodnocená nabídka získá bodovou hodnotu, která vznikne násobkem 100 a poměru hodnoty nejnižší celkové nabídkové ceny k celkové nabídkové ceně hodnocené nabídky. Výsledná bodová hodnota bude následně přepočtena vahou dílčího kritéria – váha 85 %.
V případě, že se účastník v jím podané nabídce zaváže zajistit 100 % plnění veřejné zakázky formou tzv. „náhradního plnění“, získá v rámci tohoto hodnotícího kritéria hodnocená nabídka 100 bodů. V opačném případě získá nabídka 0 bodů. Výsledná bodová hodnota bude následně přepočtena váhou tohoto kritéria (váha 15 %).
