Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Leistungen für die Technische Infrastruktur der EUDI Wallet Support Organisation (EWSO), das sog. Tooling. Der Auftragnehmer implementiert, konfiguriert und nimmt in Betrieb: das Ticket- und CRM-System, die Knowledge Base und das FAQ-Portal, den In-App-Bot (oder die Kompatibilität zur Auftraggeber-internen App-Bot Lösung), die Telefonie- und IVR-Infrastruktur, die Anbindung und Kompatibilität zu dem B2B Portal: EUDI Hub, das IAM-System, das zentrale Event-Log-System und das Schwärzungssystem. Der Auftragnehmer begleitet die Closed-Beta-Phase (Q4 2026) und die Go-Live-Phase (Q1 2027) mit Hypercare-Support und übergibt nach geordnetem Wissenstransfer die operative Systemhoheit an das interne Team des Auftraggebers. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die EU-konforme Infrastruktur ((ISO 27001), kein US-CLOUD-Act-Exposure), WCAG 21-Konformität aller Nutzer-Frontends, einen obligatorischen externen Penetrationstest vor Go-live sowie vollständige Systemdokumentation und Schulung des internen Teams.
