Auftragsgegenstand sind Leistungen zur Erstellung der Baulogistikplanung, sowie die baubegleitenden Baulogistikplanung mit stufenweiser Beauftragung für die Sanierung und Teil-Modernisierung des U-Bahnhofs Giselastraße in München. Die Baumaßnahmen werden großteils im laufenden Betrieb durch mehrere Gewerke stattfinden. Die Maßnahme umfasst mehrere Teilprojekte: die sicherheitstechnische Ertüchtigung, die Erneuerung und Modernisierung der technischen Gebäudeausstattung, die architektonische Neugestaltung des Bahnsteigs. Planung und Ausführung erfolgen mit Hilfe des Building Information Modelling (BIM). Gesamtnutzfläche GNF Bahnhof GI ca. 3.240 m²
