1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie usługi konserwacji nieruchomości zabudowanej położonej w obszarze działania Oddziału Terenowego Dolnośląskiego przy ul. Koszarowej 6 C-N, 8 A-L, 8 M, N, P we Wrocławiu. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki, na zasadach określonych w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 Ustawy. Szczegółowe informacje w zakresie powtórzenia podobnych usług zostały opisane w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
