AtB AS (the Contracting Authority) is a mobility company responsible for planning, coordination, marketing and procurement of scheduled public transport and development of new mobility in Trøndelag. The procurement is for a framework agreement for management and organisation development to assist with development of managers, teams and organisation, supporting strategic management, change and implementation. The contract will be regulated by SSA-R with annexes, with call-offs under SSA-B. The framework has a duration of four years with unilateral options for 1+1+1+1 years (max 8 years).
