Germany – Toner cartridges – HA26010 Rahmenvereinbarung Tintenpatronen und Toner

This is an open procedure for a framework agreement for the supply of toner and ink cartridges to the city of Karlsruhe and its facilities, including a European school. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for original manufacturer products and Lot 2 for technically equivalent compatible alternatives. The framework has an initial term from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027, with two automatic one-year extensions (max to October 31, 2029). There is no minimum purchase guarantee, and the maximum total value per lot is capped at 150% of the offered price. The award criterion is price (gross total for 36 months). Electronic submission is required, and all communication is in German.
