De inhuur van tijdelijke medewerkers (functies vanaf schaal 9) voor diverse vakgebieden die binnen Opdrachtgevers (gemeente Terneuzen, gemeente Sluis de uitvoeringsorganisatie Sabewa Zeeland en Impuls Zeeland) van toepassing zijn. De opdrachtnemer (broker/intermediaire dienstverlener) is verantwoordelijk voor het proces van werving en (voor)selectie van de tijdelijke medewerkers alsook voor het administratieve en juridische proces, inclusief vrijwaring voor / beheersing van risico’s, controle, verantwoordelijkheden, administratieve handelingen, facturatie en betaling van de tijdelijke medewerkers. Op basis van historische data worden ca. de volgende inkoopvolumes gerealiseerd per jaar: • Gemeente Terneuzen: € 3,5 miljoen • Gemeente Sluis: € 2,3 miljoen • Sabewa Zeeland: € 1 miljoen • Impuls Zeeland: € 0,6 miljoen De maximale opdrachtwaarde van de totale Raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op € 63,9 miljoen. Dit houdt rekening met de groei van inhuur gedurende de contractjaren en overige onzekerheid door krimp van de arbeidsmarkt in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in de komende 6 jaar.
