Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) is establishing a temporary Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the hiring of external personnel. Door Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) wordt een tijdelijke DAS ingesteld. Voor de uitvoering van de DAS wordt het digitale platform van www.flextender.nl ingezet. Via deze website kunnen partijen zich aanmelden voor de DAS. Flextender controleert nieuwe aanmeldingen op de daarvoor gestelde eisen, waaronder akkoord op inschrijfvoorwaarden FLX 2026, AWVODI-2018 en verklaring UEA. Alle nadere inhuuruitvragen van HDSR worden op de website van Flextender gepubliceerd. De inhuren uit onderhavige DAS gaan per eerst mogelijke verlenging over naar de nieuwe contractant zodra deze overeenkomst is ingegaan. Alle inhuren die per 1 mei 2027 nog via Flextender lopen, gaan per die datum over naar de nieuwe contractant. Onderhavige DAS gaat in vanaf publicatie van onderhavige aankondiging (april 2026) en loopt tot uiterlijk 1 mei 2027. HDSR bereidt op dit moment een nieuwe Europese aanbesteding voor de lange termijn omtrent inhuur van derden. Gemiddeld zet HDSR 75 inhuuruitvragen per jaar uit. Aan dit aantal kunnen volledig geen rechten ontleend worden. We stellen deze DAS in met inachtneming van alle andere raamovereenkomsten van HDSR. De scope van deze overeenkomsten blijft ongewijzigd ongeacht het instellen van deze DAS.
