1. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung / Allgemeines 1.1 Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die "Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten" für das Bauvorhaben "Feuerwehr und Rettungswache" in Cremlingen bei Wolfenbüttel. Bauherr ist die Gemeinde Cremlingen, Ostdeutsche Straße 22, 38162 Cremlingen. 1.2 Entstehende Kosten aus den nachfolgend aufgeführten Punkten, sind in die entsprechenden Leistungspositionen einzukalkulieren sofern es sich nicht um Nebenleistungen gemäß VOB/C handelt oder keine gesonderten Positionen ausgeschrieben sind. 1.3 Aufteilung Bauteile und Abrechnung: Das Projekt besteht aus 2 zusammenhängenden Bauteilen. Der Feuerwache und der Rettungswache mit der räumlichen Teilung bei Achse 8. Diese Bauteile sind möglichst getrennt voneinander abzurechnen. Das LV, bzw. die Titel wo das möglich ist, sind entsprechend dieser Bauherrenvorgabe so aufgeteilt.
