France – Evaluation consultancy services – Prestations de conseils et d'actions de communication pour le compte de la direction de la communication du CNFPT

This is a public tender from CNFPT (French national training centre for local civil servants) for communication consultancy, design and production of communication materials, advertising space purchase, and production of an internal magazine.
