The tender is a framework agreement with reopening of competition for the recovery or disposal of waste (sludge) produced by wastewater treatment plants. It is divided into 9 lots, each with its own estimated value. The procedure is open, and the award is based on the lowest price (minor prezzo) under Italian law. All documentation and submissions are managed via the buyer's e-procurement portal. Only Italian language is accepted. The contract duration is 36 months.
