Network lines delivery system

The contracting authority shall establish a dynamic purchasing system for the delivery of network lines to different geographical destinations in the municipality. Orkland municipality currently operates a large network between many locations belonging to the municipality. The locations are geographically spread throughout the municipality, and in places with everything from few to many suppliers of network lines. Requirement and capacity on the lines will depend on the size of the different locations and the type of network line to be delivered.
