GÉANT Vereniging (Netherlands) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Connectivity Services, divided into two lots: Terrestrial/Aerial Connectivity Services (DPS-1) and Subsea Connectivity Services (DPS-2). The DPS is open for the entire duration until 2033-12-30, with applications accepted at any time. The estimated total value is EUR 60,000,000 (from XML notice). The procedure is a restricted procedure that transitions to an open DPS. Bidders can apply for one or both lots. The DPS replaces a previous system and is managed via Mercell e-procurement portal.
