This notice re-establishes the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Connectivity Services by GÉANT Vereniging, replacing the previous portal. The DPS is divided into two lots: Terrestrial/Aerial Connectivity Services (DPS-1) and Subsea Connectivity Services (DPS-2). The estimated total value is EUR 100,000,000, covering the full 10-year duration (2023-2033). The DPS remains open for supplier applications throughout its life, with no limit on the number of qualified suppliers. Eligibility is assessed via an Admission Request, and awards are based on the most economically advantageous tender. The procurement is conducted via the eProcurement portal (Mercell Source-to-Contract).
