This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for solar panel systems and related services, established by Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy on behalf of multiple municipalities in Finland (Kangasala, Nokia, Orivesi, Ylöjärvi, Lempäälä, Pirkkala, Vesilahti) and their subsidiaries. The DPS covers the supply and installation of solar power plants, as well as design, monitoring systems, and components.
