This tender establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for solar power plants to be delivered to Hansel Oy's customers. The scope includes installed solar plants (including PPA contracts), as well as related products and services such as design, monitoring systems, and components. The DPS initially ran from 2020 to 2026 and has been extended to 31 March 2028. Qualified suppliers can apply to join the DPS at any time during its validity.
