Supply of custom-labeled and numbered non-vacuum 12 mL flat-bottom glass tubes for collection of [C13]-CO2, H2, CH4, and total CO2 for breath tests (e.g., urea breath test). Tubes must be compatible with Sercon ABCA isotope ratio mass spectrometer, dimensions 101 mm height (vial+cap) and 15.5 mm vial diameter. Labels must include number, lot number, 'ademtest', and UZ Leuven logo (min. black/white). Tubes must be CE-IVD certified. Quantities per number vary (e.g., 15,000 each for numbers 0,00,1-4; 12,000 for 5-8; 2,000 for 9-12; 1,000 for 13-16). Provider must also supply on request 5,000 non-vacuum, unlabeled tubes with different color caps for quality control (approx. 1,250/year). The award criteria weights: cost 25%, quality (3 sub-criteria) 30%, 10%, 35%.
