Sarpsborg municipality invites tenderers to a restricted competition for the establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme for future procurements of consultancy and consultancy services connected to the building and construction area and related areas. The dynamic purchasing system that will be entered into will be widely used for area planning, administration and management, engineering design and regulation, control and preparation of competition documents.
