Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen der Hochschulgastronomie sowie der Objekte der Abteilung Wohnen mit Haushalts- und Küchengeräten in zwei Losen. Die Lose können getrennt vergeben werden. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen je Los. Der Zeitraum des Dynamischen Beschaffungssystems (DBS) beträgt 4 Jahre, beginnend zum 15.01.2026 und endet am 14.01.2030. Innerhalb des DBS werden geeignete Bewerber, welche im System registriert sind zur Abgabe eines Angebots aufgefordert. Der Leistungszeitraum beträgt grundsätzlich 1 Jahr. Wird jedoch mit der Angebotsaufforderung bekannt gegeben. Der Zuschlag wird auf das jeweils wirtschaftlichste Angebot erteilt. Das jeweilige Gesamtkontingent wird gesondert bei jeder Angebotsaufforderung mitgeteilt. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das Gesamtkontingent je Los erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf des jeweiligen Leistungszeitraums.
