Hankinnan kohteena on hengityshalvauspotilaiden hoitorinkien järjestäminen. Hankinnassa noudatetaan lakia julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016), jäljempänä hankintalaki.
