Mora kommun avser köpa arbetsträningsplatser av leverantörer med verksamhet inom Mora kommun. Syftet är att ge deltagarna möjlighet att i stimulerande arbetsuppgifter utan prestationskrav hitta, klargöra, utveckla och behålla arbetsförmåga. Målsättningen med insatsen sätts individuellt tillsammans med deltagaren och kan variera från meningsfull sysselsättning som upprätthåller en arbetsförmåga till att utveckla en arbetsförmåga för ökad anställningsbarhet. För många i målgruppen är arbetsförmågan oklar och stor vikt läggs därför vid att klargöra individens resurser och svårigheter i förhållande till att hitta, få och behålla ett arbete. Anledning till anvisning kan exempelvis vara avsaknad av etablering på arbetsmarknaden, långtidsarbetslöshet på grund av sjukdom eller funktionsnedsättning eller att deltagaren är nyanländ i Sverige.
