Les prestations attendues doivent permettre d’assurer un support de niveau expert (dernier niveau d’escalade) efficient sur les solutions de gestion et d’infrastructures autour du poste de travail. À ce titre, les principaux besoins identifiés sont les suivants : Services de support : Ce package doit inclure des services de support (Gestion des incidents sur escalade des équipes La Poste et de gestion des problèmes). Services d’expertise : Il s’agit de services d’expertises supplémentaires qui peuvent être ajoutés en fonction des besoins. Les éléments listés ci-dessus représentent les grandes prestations de services attendues. Ils seront décrits plus précisément dans l’annexe (RFI Annexe Cadre de réponse) dédiées au présent document.
