Exploitatie zwembaden en sporthal

De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens een exploitatieovereenkomst te sluiten voor het beheer en de exploitatie van gemeentelijke sport- en maatschappelijke accommodaties, te weten zwembaden en een sporthal met ontmoetingsfuncties. De opdracht omvat het integraal exploiteren, beheren en beschikbaar stellen van deze accommodaties, waarbij de exploitant het recht verkrijgt om de accommodaties risicodragend te exploiteren en daarbij exploitatieopbrengsten te genereren, binnen de kaders van deze aanbesteding. De exploitatieovereenkomst heeft betrekking op de exploitatie van de volgende accommodatie(s): • MFA De Niervaert; • sporthal De Bosselaar; • openlucht zwembad De Bosselaar.
