Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind im wesentlichen Rohrleitungsbauarbeiten inklusive der dazugehörigen Rohre und Armaturen im Fernwärmeleitungsbau (NPK 414, siehe Details Leistungsverzeichnis) IWB ist auf der Suche nach geeigneten Lieferanten, mit denen sie den gesetzlichen Versorgungsauftrag langfristig sicherstellen kann. Für den Zeitraum 2027 bis 2030 sind insgesamt rund 65 Projekte geplant. Diese umfassen eine Gesamtlänge von etwa 16 Km sowie ca. 1200 Hausanschlüsse.
