Consultancy services dynamic purchasing system

The procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy services for Bergen municipality. The services will primarily be connected to the areas organisation development and performance audits. Examples of relevant deliveries are reviews, training, guidance, process and strategy consultancy, analysis and control related services, initiative and impact assessments, research based evaluations as well as general advice. The consultancy services can include both elements of assignments and/or assistance. Limitations Technical consultancy services and ICT are not included in the scheme, as the municipality has established framework agreements for these areas. There can also be other framework agreements for consultancy services that will not be included in this procurement scheme.

The tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established.
