Dynamic purchasing system for goods and services related to data centre. This includes all equipment that is intended to be used in, or in connection with, a computer centre and server room, including: * Rack * Servers, blade boxes, hyper converged systems etc. * Storage units and back-up systems * Routers, network equipment and network cables, firewalls, load balancers, database, appliance boxes and equivalent * Software for operating server rooms and equipment in or associated server rooms * Power systems and power cables, typically UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and PDU (power distribution unit). * Refrigeration systems/cooling units and accompanying equipment in the room * Sensors (e.g. water, humidity and temperature) and other monitoring equipment suitable for the server room/computer centre. * Other equipment closely related to the establishment, operation or maintenance of a server room/computer centre. * Assistance, support, assembly/installation of components and modules procured from the scheme. Bergen municipality has established framework agreements for some product groups and these products will not normally be procured through this dynamic purchasing system. This applies, for example, to data centre switches.

The tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. Documentation: Documentation: Documentation must not be enclosed for tenderers registered in the Norwegian Register of Units. The contracting authority will check the registration by using the organisation number stated in the tenderer ́s profile in Artifik. Tenderers who are not registered in the above register must present a certificate or confirmation (equivalent company registration certificate) for registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. Such a certificate shall not be issued more than six months before the submission of the qualification request.
