Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment. Documentation requirements: * The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and Audit Report for the last three years and recent information which is of importance to the tenderer's fiscal figures. Annual financial statements, annual report and audit report are what Norwegian companies send to the Brønnøysund Register Centre. * Credit analysis of the tenderer issued by a certified credit rating agency, not older than six months. * Self-declaration from the board or general manager (with prokura) about expected financial development in 2026, which shall at least include: * In particular, show previous annual accounts, income failure in 2025 and any ditto expenditure growth. * What implication does this have for solidity and working capital * Any measures to restore the balance * Confirmation that a parent company guarantee or other guarantee will be provided from third parties (bank/financial) (see point 5 in Annex 1 Tender Letter).
